Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason for this. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods in physical possession.

Email: jordmorkristina@fodebagen.no about your decision to withdraw from the agreement.

You can use the attached cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

You must return the goods or deliver them to us, without undue delay. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the deadline of 14 days has expired.

You must bear the cost of returning the goods.

The buyer can inspect the product before he or she regrets the purchase. It must still be possible to return the item to the seller in approximately the same condition and quantity as it was in when the buyer received it. The buyer should return the item to the seller in the original packaging if this is possible.
